I have used DAD realty twice and both times they performed flawlessly. If you need a hard working, honest and transparent team that won’t break you with hidden cost, don’t go past DAD realty. Andrew, Jenny, Darryl and Donna rented and sold my house and always operated well above my expectations. They are very approachable and always find a solution to any problems no matter how big or small. Forget the rest, DAD is best by a long shot!!

The most efficient and professional agent I have ever used. There is never a wait to communicate, always instant. Full service provided, there is never a need to follow up re management of tenants. Three monthly property reports are provided with photographs of every area and repair issues highlighted. Repairs are managed by extensive list of approved suppliers at reasonable rates. Trouble free service.

Selling our house was so much easier with their assistance, although it can be demanding having your house looking perfect every time they ask if they can take some through, they always checked, were timely and communicated when they had finished taking someone through. They were respectful of our privacy and advised how to present the house.
