DAD was established in 1999 by Darryl Helms and Andrew Spokes, real estate agents living and working in the Australind Bunbury region. Together Darryl and Andrew have built a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and building industries, with many years experience in property development and property ownership, and the drive and determination to succeed at every opportunity. Andrew is hands on in the office and firmly believes “the men who owns the store runs the store”. DAD Realty joined forces with the Professionals Real Estate group in 2020 to provide an even better service to our clients, combining an international network and our local expertise.

Professionals DAD Realty is the only entirely local Real Estate Agent in Australind, operating from the Australind Village Shopping Centre. The main office entrance is from the mall, and located between Aldi and Coles, offering easy access to our clients. As they say in real estate… location location location, and we have it! And there is plenty of easy parking.

Our marketing is based on good old fashioned service, with friendly staff, easy to access office and no hassle assistance. Our office has high foot traffic passing, our windows proudly display large photos of our properties for sale and rent, our signs are prominent red and black, we have permanent newspaper advertising, online advertising, radio presence, homes open, and “crab nets” – our whiteboards at the front of our office that everyone passing by reads!

We are accredited National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) Property Managers and we manage NRAS properties in the local area and as far south as Margaret River.

We are very competitive on our fees, we market ourselves as the local affordable alternative.
